A tour to discover the Sicilian west among salt pans and ancient windmills of Trapani and Marsala, cycling in the largest vineyard in Europe. The tour will begin to discover the Egadi Islands and Favignana with its enchanting beaches the wild. We will continue pedaling to Salemi, a small pearl of ancient history. We will reach, riding our bikes, the largest archaeological park in Europe admiring the Greek temples of Selinunte. We will continue to the charming seaside village of Scopello and we will hike in the Zingaro Nature Reserve, a nature reserve with unique characteristics, where we can walk among dwarf palms, olive groves and carob trees and relax in its beautiful coves with blue clear water. The tour will end in the charming Trapani, overlooking the sea.

Day 1: Arrival in Trapani
Individual arrival in Trapani. Check in at your hotel and in the afternoon, meeting with the guide who will accompany you for the entire week. Dinner and overnight stay. Meal (D)
Day 2: Favignana
After breakfast, we will depart from Trapani by ship in the direction of Favignana with our bikes in tow. After checking into the hotel, the day will be dedicated to the discovery of the island and its magnificent beaches. Overnight stay in Favignana. Meal (B)
Day 3: Levanzo – Favignana
We will leave from Favigana by hydrofoil to reach the small island of Levanzo where it will be possible only to move on foot. With a pleasant excursion, we will reach the Cave of Genevose, famous for its cave paintings as evidence of how life flowed 12,000-13,000 years ago. In the afternoon return to Favignana and overnight stay. Meal (B)
Day 4: Trapani – Salemi
After breakfast, ferry back to Trapani, city of the two seas with beautiful walls of fortifications dating back to the Spanish period. From here we'll follow the salt road to Marsala where we'll cycle among the salt pans and windmills on the sea, considered among the most beautiful in Europe. After a short break to visit the historic center of Marsala we will go inland where we will ride among the rolling hills amidst numerous vineyards until we reach the village of Salemi and its wonderful old town full of ancient history. Dinner and overnight in hotel in Salemi. Meal (B-D)

Day 5: Salemi - Scopello
We will leave Salemi in the direction of the temples of Segesta, after a visit to the Greek temples and a refreshing bath in the spa we will continue downhill towards Castellamare del Golfo, here we will take a short break with a view over the bay that reaches almost to Palermo and continue to Scopello, a small fishing village grew up around an ancient beam on a hill overlooking the sea and the Faraglioni. Day 6: Zingaro Natural Reserve
We will leave our bikes to discover on foot one of the most beautiful corners of Sicily: the Zingaro reserve. We will walk on the upper part of the reserve between Mediterranean scrub, dwarf palms and a view of the Egadi Islands and the bay of Castellamare del Golfo and then go down to the lower part to discover the many coves and relax in a beautiful crystal clear sea. Overnight in Scopello. Meal (B)

Day 7: Scopello – Trapani
We will leave Scopello by bicycle in the direction of the fishing village of San Vito lo Capo. After a stop to visit the village and taste the excellent local cannoli we will continue along the coast on a path overlooking the sea in the nature reserve of Mount Cofano. We will continue in the direction of Erice, a medieval village with a maze of cobbled streets including churches, squares and ancient courtyards with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Trapani and the Egadi Islands. From here downhill to the historic center of Trapani where we will end our day. Farewell dinner and overnight at the hotel in Trapani. Meal (B-D)
